Making food is probably the hardest part of living on your own. Although the act of making dinner really isn't too bad, it's the motivation to get up and do it that really gets me! But last night I made some enchiladas for everyone. I was actually very proud of myself. That's a step up from the burnt pizza I made the first night I was in Idaho, right?
